• Bookings are made via WhatsApp or our Google Form.
• Lesson availability depends on teacher schedules.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Lesson fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds are not offered for completed lessons.
• Missed lessons require at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Students must attend lessons on time.
• Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection.
• Respectful communication with teachers is required.

5. Use of Website

• You must not misuse or attempt to damage the website.
• All content is owned by BaYaN Arabic Academy and may not be copied without permission.

6. Third‑Party Services

We use Google Forms and WhatsApp for communication and lesson management. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for technical issues, internet failures, or external service interruptions that affect lesson delivery.
